Training Team (MMC), Mahakal Nagar, Hospital Road, Alipurduar - 736121, West Bengal, India (“we”, “us”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it is stored and used.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: full name/alias, email address, WhatsApp number, username, and a securely hashed password when you sign up.
• Subscriber details: city, state, enrollment date, and selected course plan when you fill in the Training Agreement.
• Signature record: either a drawn signature image or a typed signature, captured at the moment you digitally sign the Training Agreement, together with the exact agreement text, the payment method selected, your IP address, browser user agent, and a timestamp.
• Security and device information: at the moment you sign the Training Agreement, we also record your IP address and standard technical details your browser makes available (such as screen size, timezone, language, general device/platform type, and connection type). This is used solely for account security, fraud prevention, and verifying the authenticity of a signed agreement — it is stored internally and is not displayed back to you as part of your agreement, and is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
• Technical information: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) generated by normal web server operation.

2. Why We Collect It

• To create and manage your account and approve access to the course.
• To generate, display, and let you download your own permanent copy of the signed Training Agreement.
• To verify the authenticity of a signed agreement (IP address, timestamp, and a verification hash are recorded for this purpose).
• To communicate with you about your enrollment (e.g. via the WhatsApp number you provide).
• To administer, secure, and improve the site (e.g. rate-limiting repeated failed logins).

3. How Long We Keep It

Signed Training Agreements are kept as a permanent record and are never edited or deleted, by us or by you, once created — this is by design, so that both you and we always have an unaltered copy of what was agreed. Account information is kept for as long as your account exists, or as required by applicable law.

4. Who Can See It

Your submitted information is visible to authorized administrators of Training Team (MMC) for the purpose of approving your account and administering the course. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with third parties except where required to operate the site (e.g. our web hosting provider, which stores the data on our behalf) or where required by law.

5. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

During training, you may be shown or choose to use third-party advertising platforms, tools, or payment services. Those third parties have their own privacy policies, and we do not control how they handle your data. Please review their policies separately.

6. Cookies & Sessions

This site uses a session cookie strictly to keep you signed in while you use the site. It is not used for advertising or tracking, and it expires when your session ends or times out.

7. Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing and are never stored or displayed in plain text. Access to admin functions requires authentication, and repeated failed login attempts are automatically rate-limited.

8. Your Choices

You may contact us to ask what account information we hold about you. Because a signed Training Agreement is, by design, a permanent and unalterable record (see Section 3), it cannot be edited or deleted after signing; this also protects you by guaranteeing the record cannot be altered later by anyone, including us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page is always the current one.
