These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and Digital Marketing Course training program operated by Training Team (MMC) (Since 2019 on Training | A Unit of Make My Campaign "Crown Software"), Mahakal Nagar, Hospital Road, Alipurduar - 736121, West Bengal, India (“Training Provider”, “we”, “us”). By signing up, enrolling, paying, attending, or digitally accepting a Training Agreement on this site, you (“Subscriber”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
The course is an educational and practical digital marketing training program. Course content, tools, and procedures may be updated according to technology, platforms, and industry requirements. The specific plan, pricing, session count, and duration you enroll under are set out in your individual Training Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.
You must sign up and be approved by an admin before accessing the Training Agreement and course materials. Your login is personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to communicate professionally and to keep questions relevant to the subscribed course and its practical implementation. Abuse, harassment, threats, discrimination, personal attacks, deliberate disruption, or other serious misconduct may result in suspension or termination of your account and access.
Training materials, demonstrations, templates, technical procedures, documents, and other resources supplied by the Training Provider remain the intellectual property of the Training Provider or respective rights holders. Without prior written permission, you may not record or screen-record classes, share or resell course materials, publish training content, share login credentials or paid access, distribute recordings or protected resources, or commercially exploit course content.
The Training Provider does not control third-party advertising platforms, software, utilities, hosting, networks, or payment services used during or after training. You are responsible for maintaining legitimate/authorized accounts and complying with applicable laws, advertising policies, and platform terms. Training is educational and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
Fees, accepted payment methods, and any applicable transaction charges are as stated in your Training Agreement at the time of signing. Payment verification requirements (where applicable) must be completed for your enrollment to be confirmed.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Your subscription is personal and cannot be transferred without our written approval. We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, serious misconduct, unauthorized recording/sharing, misuse of course materials, fraudulent or unlawful activity, or repeated breach of these Terms or your Training Agreement.
We provide educational guidance and practical training but do not control third-party platforms, software, advertising networks, utilities, account approvals, market conditions, or external infrastructure. We are not responsible for failure caused by third-party restrictions, policy changes, account suspension, technical failures, insufficient budget, incorrect implementation, your own modifications, market conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
This program is arranged for training purposes only. We are not involved in and do not participate in your monetization, operational activities, business management, commercial execution, or business strategies. You are solely responsible for your own business activities, implementation, compliance, and use of any third-party tools, utilities, or advertising accounts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The specific Training Agreement you digitally signed remains a permanent, unaltered record regardless of later changes to these general Terms.
